What exactly is included?

Everything in the Regular plan above, for one yard: per-vehicle profit tracking, debtors and hire-purchase instalments, 200 SMS reminders a month, team roles, an audit trail, off-site backups, import and export, and the app on your phone.

Why is there no per-seat pricing?

Because a shared login is how records get lost. Everyone on your team should have their own account and record what they handled as they handle it, so the price stays the same however many people you put on it.

Will my SMS reminders cost me?

No. Every yard gets 200 SMS reminders a month, included in the price, and you can see how many are left before you send. You are never buying credit through us.

How do I pay, and is there a contract?

There is no setup fee and no long contract. Yard Ledger is free while it is in beta; once it is out of beta you pay KSh 5,000 a month for one yard. Talk to us for groups.
